Reservations are only confirmed after a 50% deposit of full amount of stay is paid.
– If the reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival:
Vila Prea will return the full deposit minus one night.
– If reservation is cancelled between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival date:
Vila Prea will return 50% of the deposit.
– If reservation is cancelled 29 days or less prior to arrival date:
The deposit is not refunded.
Pets are not allowed.
Children and extra bed:
All children are welcome.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a cot/crib.
One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
The maximum number of cots/cribs in a room is 1.
Third party products and services:
We do not take any responsibility of third party products and services nor would we be liable / responsible in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency, loss, damage or injury sustained by you as a result of availing such products and services.
Lost and Found items at Vila Preá:
Please describe the items as precisely as possible and note where the items were forgotten.
(For example: if forgotten in your hotel room, please note the room number.)
Please remember to note the date the item was forgotten.
You will be contacted to confirm if the items are found and to arrange how and if the items should be returned.
Vila Preá reserve the right to only store lost and forgotten items for a period of 12 months.
After this period Vila Preá can no longer assist in recovering lost or forgotten items.
Vila Preá takes no responsibility for forgotten or lost items and cannot guarantee that items are found.
Postage is always paid by the receiver of the items. Vila Preá takes no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during postage.
